Susan Blount
Executive Assistant/ HR Manager
Susan Blount grew up in Miami, Florida. She enrolled at St. Thomas University in Miami to continue her education focusing on human resources. During her college years, Susan worked as an Office Manager for Signal Maintenance Inc. In 1995, Susan completed her studies and received her BS degree in Human Resources. After graduation, Susan moved to Tennessee and found administrative employment with Gibson Guitars where she worked for a year. Susan than took a position as Human Resources Assistant for Central Parking System, a position she maintained for six years.
Susan and her family returned to Florida in 2003. Susan was first introduced to Dairy Production Systems by way of temp work. After one week, Susan felt like DPS was a great company to continue her employment with. The combination of Susan's experience and skill base, along with her team player attitude, led to her position as Executive Assistant/ HR Manager with DPS. Susan currently resides in Alachua, Florida with her husband John and daughter Emily.
